Edward Sharp - partner

Edward SharpEdward has spent the major part of his career working in big international advertising agencies and during the last fifteen years has largely focused on working with the major US film distributors, developing marketing partnerships with major international brands. At Young & Rubicam in the mid 1990's Edward took over responsibility for the United International Pictures account and started to develop partnerships with other Y&R clients, such as Sony Ericsson and Ford and UIP's releases. In 2000, Edward left Y&R and set up his own film partnership agency, Projector, which in 2005 he merged with Mindshare’s branded content division Performance. Whilst at Performance, besides helping establish Mindshare's joint venture with Universal Music, Edward was responsible for a wide number of international brand partnerships with film, such as Ford's involvement in the last two James Bond movies, DHL's global partnership with Mission Impossible 3, and Castrol's on-going partnership with the Fast & Furious franchise.

Edward has an MA from Oxford University and is a Sloan Fellow of The London Business School.

Stephen Norton - partner

Stephen NortonStephen's primary responsibilities are: financial controls, reporting and planning; deal negotiations with producers and distributors.

Previously Stephen was the COO of Future Capital Partners Ltd, leading structured finance and alternative investment boutique that raised more than £6 billion of investment. The investment was raised in media, property, transport and renewable energy.

Prior to this Stephen held a number of senior financial positions with Film 4 Productions and Channel 4 Television.

Stephen is a graduate of Durham University, is a qualified accountant, has an MBA from CASS business school and is a member of the CFA society and BAFTA.
